A series of scientific calculators for the French and Belgium
markets, mainly, as far as I can determine, meant for the French
speaking scholars. The fx-92B variants
seem to be targeted towards the Belgium market. There is quite a
series there is a collection of calculator. The later models (I
tried to order the list chronologically, please correct me if I'm
wrong) are often of a particular green colour.
So far I’ve found mention of the following types:
The CASIO fx-92 College 2D+ looks to be the successor of the CASIO fx-92 Collège B. This machine has French localization, and according to this Wikipedia page (link validated 2024-05-07) it is actually targeted to the French market. It has some additions compared to the CASIO fx-92 Collège B: functions Arond and RanInt%. I still have to find out what the first one does, the latter is a random integer number generator. RanInt% can be used to play dice, "RanInt (1;6" will randomly display a number within that range. Press the EXE key to throw again! |
