Notes:	Succeeding the TI-83, the TI-83 Plus is another graphical programmable calculator for schools. The TI-83 series of calculator has the following three models: The TI-83 The TI-83 Plus (this one) The TI-83 Plus Silver Edition This is an upgraded version of the TI-83. The main improvement is that the operation system can be patched or upgraded because it is stored on 512 kB of Flash memory. This series was later followed by the TI-84 series, starting with the TI-84 Plus in 2004. The TI-84 series is still in production when I write this (2024), the current model is the TI-84 Plus CE-T Python Edition.
